NAF Cash Program Specialist

Overview:

Location: Remote

Pay: 55k to 60k DOE + bonuses on submissions $50  and  $75 on funded.

Position Summary: The NAF Cash Program Specialist will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with NAF Loan Officers by providing program certifications to them and to their Real Estate Partners. They will work with NAF Loan Officers to identify potential clients for NAF Cash and act as liaison between Real Estate Agents and Agent Relationship Managers. Program Specialist will attend different events at National and Local levels to promote the NAF Cash brand and present our value proposition.

Create, develop, and perform NAF Cash certification training for REA’s and Loan Officers. Develop and maintain relationships with NAF Loan Officers and Agent Relationship Managers (ARMs). Research industry trends, programs, and technology to strengthen our value proposition. Make and give presentations to certify brokerages for NAF Cash realtor teams and take advantage of speaking opportunities at local events. Collaborate with new ideas with the team to provide the best experience to real estate agents, LO’s and ARM’s. Work with LOs to organize in person and online certifications for NAF Cash and review pipeline to identify potential clients. Bring REA’s opportunities to the Agent Relationship Manager team to drive referrals to NAF.
