【 What you'll do 】

• Create and implement innovative programs that promote and reinforce our company culture, ensuring everyone feels included and valued.
• Foster a positive work environment by organizing regular communication and engagement activities that bring our team closer together.
• Oversee our internal communication channels to ensure all employees are well-informed and engaged with company news and updates.
• Establish and maintain feedback channels, continuously using the insights gathered to improve our cultural initiatives.
• Responsible for planning and executing events celebrating our company values and achievements, ensuring everyone feels part of the Tomofun family.
• Provide training sessions and resources to help employees understand and embody our company culture, enhancing their overall experience and connection to Tomofun.

【 Who you are 】

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field with at least 1-2 years of work experience.
• Demonstrates managing projects from conception to completion, and has experience in organizing events, workshops, and other engagement activities.
• Proficiency in strong written/verbal communication and relationship-building skills, and you’re able to connect with employees at all levels.
• Enthusiastic about company culture and employee engagement, and you’re excited to make a difference.
• Comfortable using various digital platforms for communication  (e.g., Workplace, Slack, etc.), can create engaging content such as articles, videos, and presentations, and have basic skills in analyzing employee engagement data and feedback to improve culture initiatives.
• Most importantly, you are a passionate pet lover! (Preferably you are a pet owner!)
