Remote Leasing Coordinator

Location: Remote (SA time 3pm - 11pm)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day

Client: USA-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen potential tenants and conduct background checks.
• Coordinate with brokers, tenants, and manage lease renewals.
• Handle tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain and update leasing agreements and records.
• Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Must have own laptop and stable WiFi connection.
• Backup power solution for load shedding scenarios.
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing agreements, renewals, and tenant relations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
