Your missions

Azeus is looking for Global HR & Admin Executive to be part of a multi-awarded and leading software solution provider. The Global HR & Admin Executive needs to assist the Global HR Head in supporting all global employees and consultants, and in overseeing the Human Resource and Admin responsibilities in global entities.

Responsibilities

The Global HR & Admin Executive will manage a full spectrum of HR & Admin. Functions and operations include but not limited to:

  • Onboarding, Offboarding and Record Maintenance
    • Handle administrative functions especially those related to preparation of employment contracts or consultancy agreements, passports, visas and right to work.
    • Facilitate the full onboarding and offboarding process.
    • Update and maintain employee records, information and documents accurately.
    • Ensure new joiners are provided with desk space, work devices (laptop, desktop, phone, ID, Door Access card, etc), business card, etc.
  • Payroll
    • Monitor and coordinate with the Finance team regarding monthly payroll computation, staff claims and processing for all employees to ensure accurate and timely management of payroll and claims.
    • Check overall staff claims based on company / global compensation and benefits.
  • Training and Development
    • Oversee and manage the planning and execution of training programs to develop and retain high-performing talents.
    • Ensure proper record keeping for all trainings attended by staff.
    • Conduct yearly Training Needs Analysis.
  • Performance Appraisal and Talent Management
    • Ensure probationary and annual performance evaluations are done in a timely manner.
    • Manage all aspects of employee relations including grievances/queries, performance and attendance monitoring and report, and discipline.
    • Organize event planning, employee engagement events, booking of flight tickets and accommodation etc.
  • Other HR & Admin Matters
    • Prepare offer letters, contracts or consultancy agreements.
    • Ensure HR & Admin policies and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented.
    • Assist in conducting engagement activities.
    • Attend to and immediately resolve employee queries and concerns.
    • Other duties and functions as are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources & Admin with exposure in handling HR & Admin functions within an international business environment.
  • Experience in managing and facilitating HR activities globally.
  • Ability to effectively work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Must be highly organized, have an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, have excellent negotiation skills, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision, and be service-oriented
  • Must have a high degree of honesty and integrity, be proactive, have a high level of accuracy, have strong attention to detail, and demonstrate calmness and composure under pressure and in times of uncertainty.
  • Must have strong English written and verbal communication skills.

This is for a temporary work-from-home set-up. Work tools will be provided.
