Position Summary:

As a Salesforce Administrator, and Developer. This multifaceted role demands expertise in Salesforce administration and development.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

  • Develop custom Salesforce applications using AURA, APEX, LWC, and other related technologies, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.

  • Customize Salesforce platform features, including page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports, to meet business needs.

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, performing bug fixes, enhancements, and optimizations as required.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Candidate should have an 3-5 years’ experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on AURA, APEX, and LWC.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security concepts.

  • Proficiency in APEX programming language and familiarity with Visualforce pages and controllers.

  • Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and utilizing the Lightning Component Framework.

  •  Experience with declarative development tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder.

  •  Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.

  •  Knowledge of source control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
