Requirements

As a Sales Development Representative, these will be some of your responsibilities:

  • Research potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other similar platforms.
  • Identify and qualify new leads to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Organise and manage sales funnels within the CRM for a smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
  • Collect detailed information on prospects to aid the sales team's outreach efforts.
  • Help create and organise sales materials as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to boost the sales team’s productivity.
  • More depending on the company you’re assigned to

Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is required
  • Proficiency with CRM software (i.e Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho and more) and sales research tools (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase and more).
  • Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required
