Your missions

Job Description:

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Salesforce team! This is a hands-on position which will require gaining deep knowledge of Salesforce instance which supports Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, Billing, and many more teams. Working collaboratively with Business Systems, you will be responsible for test plans creation and test strategies to ensure the high quality of Phreesia’s products in an Agile development environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Create/execute manual testing scripts for Salesforce apps using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Participate in the full range of testing activities in sprints.
  • Work with PMs to ensure that adequate test coverage exists for new product features, test results are recorded and analysed, and defects are logged and mapped back to stories.
  • Document / review / prioritize bug reports and other test results.
  • Work with PM and tech team to determine client issues when escalated to Software Engineering team.
  • Document and track test artifacts in applications like Jira
  • Perform various testing types including Functional, Integration/Data Migration, End to End, Smoke/Regression.
  • Work with Automation team to identify and prioritize Regression cases.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 2+years of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud testing experience required.
  • Expert in user-oriented testing and other testing types: Functionality, usability, scenario testing, performance.
  • Role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong problem solving and analytical skills and able to test complex technical requirements.
  • Strong hands-on experience in writing detailed test cases, creating test data, test execution, and creating defects.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, verification, and validation processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.
  • Ability to multi-task, shift gears quickly, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, schedule changes, learn new systems.
  • Track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high quality results.
