Brindar atención inmediata a todos los clientes que se comuniquen por vía telefónica, chat, WhatsApp, correo de Servicio al Cliente, Correo de Lealtad Ez+, Facebook, Google reviews

  • Brindar atención inmediata a los clientes que se comuniquen vía telefónica cumpliendo con el SLA definido.
  • Responder de forma inmediata los correos, chats de las diferentes Apps de respuestas, Google Reviews y Facebook.
  • Brindar asesoría y orientación a los clientes que se contacten por los medios de contacto con clientes.
  • Revisar e informar cualquier información relevante que haya ingresado por los medios de comunicación actual.

Habilidades técnicas y conocimientos específicos del puesto

  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente telefónico.
  • Conocimiento en manejo de redes sociales, manejo de objeciones, resolución de conflictos e inteligencia emocional.
  • Habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Excel
  • Buena comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para explicar procedimientos a clientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle para desarrollar tareas específicas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, gestionando múltiples tareas y cumpliendo con plazos ajustados.
