The Role:
The Sr. Financial Analyst – Risk Finance will have primary responsibility for financial and accounting support of the Risk Team (Grain Merchants/Traders). In addition, the person will serve as a controller or financial lead of a grain elevator joint venture (JV) in Colorado called Commerce City Grain, LLC. Responsibilities include financial and management reporting, forecasting, analysis and tracking of purchase and sale contracts, understanding of Company’s hedging strategies, mark-to-market (MTM) accounting, month-end close activities, establishing and monitoring effective business/process controls, supporting internal and external audits for the Risk Finance and JV space, continuous improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc project work. The position reports to the Sr. Manager Risk Finance and has direct accountability to the Risk Team and JV’s general manager.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $82,900.00 - $110,541.20, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
