The Systems Administrator is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for our team would have a minimum of 3 year's experience in an IT support role and systems administration, and customer service experience. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team.

What you’ll do… 

  • Manage and Support SaaS Applications: Oversee internal SaaS applications, Notion, and Slack workspaces, including user management, cost monitoring, and exploring improvements to ensure a solid user experience. 
  • User Onboarding and Support: Handle technical onboarding and off-boarding processes, assist with provisioning and termination of accounts, provide end-user support, and troubleshoot applications. 
  • Training and Security: Develop and update training materials for effective onboarding and user adoption, and continuously assess and improve the security posture of applications. 
  • Equipment and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate equipment delivery and returns with IT vendors, manage hardware requests and inventory, and serve as a point of contact for hardware vendors. 
  • Process Improvement and IT Service: Support internal team processes for SaaS system management, take part in ticket and vendor reviews, and ensure best-in-class IT service delivery. 

You should have 

  • Notion.so as your personal superpower is required 
  • Slack administration experience at an expert level is essential 
  • Experience supporting or building processes managing end-user services
  • Experience PowerShell scripting  
  • No problems operating at a rapid pace
  • Successful track record of administering, documenting and implementing new technologies
  • Attention to documenting detailed processes and steps to add to internal knowledge bases
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration 
  • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support 
  • Experience with Notion, Slack, Zoom, M365, Azure, SAML SSO, SCIM
