The Seller Growth Engineering team is responsible for growing sellers on Whatnot â enabling them to turn their hobbies into businesses. As the Engineering Manager of the Seller Growth team, youâll focus on defining different seller cuts and measuring the seller lifecycle, making sellers successful throughout their lifecycle, seller onboarding, seller marketing and growth capabilities and tooling, and resurrecting churned sellers.

The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity in the form of stock options.
