We are seeking talented individuals for the following position:

IT Microsoft365 Applications Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise and guidance on collaboration solutions design within Microsoft365, including MS Teams.
• Create and distribute collaboration solutions to improve business processes.
• Support operation and administration, enhancing and optimizing the collaboration environment.
• Manage M365-related tickets (Incidents, Changes, Service Requests).
• Create and maintain operations manuals, emergency plans, and documentation.
• Participate in the conception and implementation of new collaboration technologies.
• Configure Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration environments.
• Implement IT security policies based on corporate IS policies.
• Execute quality assurance tests after implementing changes.
• Support Proof-of-concept studies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge in M365 Collaboration Environment (Teams, SharePoint, Graph, Viva).
• Basic knowledge in telecommunication technologies and standards.
• Advanced knowledge of existing and upcoming collaboration solutions.
• Strong interest in improving a digital workplace based on Cloud technologies, including AI functionalities.
• Basic knowledge in PowerShell and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Technical leadership competencies (input on IT architecture).
• Continuous learning on up-to-date technical/professional expertise.
• Very good communication skills.
• Advanced English skills; German language skills are an advantage.

Though the role is hybrid, a great degree of remote work is possible, with only 5 days of office presence for Brasov based colleagues per month, and 3 weeks per year for those residing in other locations. The business will support transport and accommodation for those outside of Brasov to enable face to face interaction with their colleagues.
