Tracktile is seeking a seasoned Fullstack Developer with comprehensive expertise in TypeScript, NodeJS, AWS, and React Native.
At Tracktile we are building a modern Manufacturing Resource Planning platform to make the lives of manufacturers better every day. Our platform is built entirely in Typescript and leverages AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, and RDS. Our API powers our React Native web and mobile frontends and is also available publically.
We are seeking an A-player who knows joining our team is more than just writing code.
For this role, we need a strong developer who can assist in shaping, building, and maintaining our platform.
You'll be working closely with our CTO to design and implement platform functionality.

ABOUT YOU
In this role, you will:
🔧 Work closely with our CTO to move high-value features and customer feedback forward.
🏃♂️ Participate in our development sprints, collaborating with our development team to ensure project success.
💻 Design and develop powerful backend services using TypeScript and NodeJS that power our Rest API, Web Frontend, and Mobile app.
☁️ Utilize AWS services, with emphasis on API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS for building scalable cloud solutions.
🛠️ Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure management.
📱 Design and implement user-facing features in our web frontend and mobile app using React Native.
🤝 Collaborate with other developers to create integrated and efficient systems.
🚀 Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
Working Hours ⏰: Flexible. Full-time.
Although we offer flexibility in working hours, it's important to note that the team is dispersed across two locations: Eastern Canada (AST) and the Philippines (PHT). We prefer candidates to have working hours that overlap with the Canadian team (AST), but can be accommodating. There are two-hour meetings each week.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
✅ Comprehensive expertise in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React Native.
✅ Broad experience with AWS services, especially API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS.
✅ Experience in managing infrastructure with AWS CDK.
✅ Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
✅ Strong problem-solving ability and algorithmic thinking.
