ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Executive to join our Growth team. Reporting to our Head of Growth, this role will drive our company’s growth initiatives, oversee key marketing channels, and support data-driven strategies to optimise performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, project coordination, and data analysis.
Success looks like:

  • Meaningful growth achieved across key channels, and new channels launched with healthy performance
  • Successful experimentation pipeline set up and running, with learnings and key results regularly communicated with stakeholders
  • Report on key performance metrics produced and regularly shared across the marketing team and wider business


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your core areas of focus across the organisation will be:

  • Oversee performance and support growth across TikTok, Affiliates, SEO, and Amazon

  • Working with our developer, implement website changes for BAU, campaign pages, and product launches

  • Conduct AB tests and work to optimise conversion rates to increase revenue per user

  • Monitor and report on website and key channel performance

  • Collaborate with the Data team to ensure accurate and comprehensive data reporting

  • Coordinate third-party agency support for Amazon, SEO, and affiliates

  • Manage and support various growth-related projects


WHAT YOU’LL GET

Remuneration

We’re looking to pay a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 for this role, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits as detailed below.
