The Role of Regional Sales Manager

  • This a field / home based role. As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of junior field sales Business Development Managers covering the London area. Your sales team will prospect, identify new business and sell soft FM service contracts to SME businesses.
  • Your team will target a multitude of sectors including Hospitality / HoReCa, Industrial, Trade / Retail, Health and Social Care.
  • You will be tasked with recruitment, on-boarding, training, coaching, supporting and motivating a team of 8 Business Development Managers.
  • You will attend joint visits with your team / helping them leverage on their strengths and developing their skill set.
  • As part of your role you will conduct 121 sessions, develop, performance manage, set and achieve sales targets.

The Candidate for the Regional Sales Manager

  • We are particularly looking for Sales Managers that have managed sales people in a high volume / low order value / fast paced transactional environment


The Package on offer for the Regional Sales Manager

  • Basic up to £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
  • OTE circa £85,000
