We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. 

Key Responsibilities: 
User Management: Create and manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Provide user support and training as needed. 
Configuration: Configure Salesforce features such as fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and Flows to meet business requirements. 
Data Management: Maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce. Perform data imports, exports, and updates using tools like Data Loader and Excel. 
Reports and Dashboards: Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and troubleshooting issues. 
Security: Ensure Salesforce security settings are properly configured, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security. 
Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including process documentation, training materials, and user guides. 
Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve business processes and efficiency. 

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. 
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. 
Proficiency in using Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. 
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams. 
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
