RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct high-level analyses of clients’ sustainability and ESG reporting requirements, providing guidance and education where required.

Support client implementations of the Sustainability Cloud software solutions, acting as the single point of contact for clients and escalating issues when required.

Support various sustainability advisory and bureau service projects.

Support clients with detailed data analysis and handling queries (typically large and complex Excel data sets), identifying opportunities to improve delivery and the overall client experience.

Ensure data and calculated output of the Sustainability Cloud software is ready to be handed over to clients and has gone through the required QA process.

Monitor national and international sustainability and ESG reporting standards and protocols, understanding how policy or reporting schemes impact on our clients.

Manage client accounts for all assignments under the responsibility of a manager, but always independently.

Contribute to the company's methodological, human, commercial and strategic development, and in general to its growth.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Sustainability Cloud software with the whole team (ideation of functionalities, collection of customer needs, etc.).

CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Degree in relatable field preferred

Ideally 1-2 years industry experience, or related masters study

You have a keen interest in sustainable development, sustainability, CSR and ESG issues.

You are data-driven (KPIs) and quantitative results-oriented.

You have good interpersonal skills and are a good listener, as you will be in constant contact with our customers.

You're able to integrate quickly into a dynamic team.

You like challenges and responsibility.

You possess analytical skills as well as good writing and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
