What you'll need
Experience: 2+ years in an analytical role, with exposure to strategy development and operational improvements.
Blockchain Passion: Demonstrated interest in blockchain technology and the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, develop comprehensive solutions to complex problems, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with SQL preferred.
Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills, with the capability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
