Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in media, communication, marketing or equivalent experience, 3-5+ years of experience in developing B2B digital and event-focused demand generation campaigns within IT services, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Quality Engineering, SaaS or similar industries, Experience leading a team, Advanced analytical and project management skills, Fluency in Dutch (Flemish) and English, additional language skills (French, German, Mandarin) are a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and employer branding
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability of suitable candidates and increase brand recognition
- Manage events, content collaboration, sales support, account-based marketing, and digital optimization initiatives
- Coordinate agency relationships as needed
- Occasional travel within Europe and the UK
