The A.C.Coy Company has a preferred Hospital Information Systems client with an immediate need for several experienced Infor ERP Business Systems Analysts.  You will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our Infor ERP system to support our business operations effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure the Infor ERP system according.  You will provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users to ensure optimal utilization of the ERP system.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to the Infor ERP system
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure the Infor ERP system to meet business needs
  • Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the Infor ERP system
  • Utilize Infor ION API to facilitate seamless integration between various Infor and third-party applications 
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for IPA solutions, including development, investigating and resolving intergration issues, data mapping discrepancies and workflow automation errors
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Infor ERP system, including investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Infor ERP system
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of the Infor ERP system
  • Stay updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices related to the Infor ERP system
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Infor ERP systems
  • 3+ years of experience with Infor FSM
  • In-depth knowledge of Infor ERP system modules, configuration, and customization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  •  Experience with system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification in Infor ERP systems (preferred)
  • Other skills will be looking for: Infor CloudSuite Multi-Tenant Enviroment, Infor Process Designer, Security Administration, Infor/Lawson S3 ,Infor WFM, BI FSM
