Your missions

Symmetrio is a conducting a search for their client, a leading innovator of molecular imaging and theranostics software in nuclear medicine. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our client's customer base across the United States. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and industry knowledge to effectively promote innovative software solutions to a wide range of customers, including top universities, medical centers, and imaging facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth in the US
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and timely tracking of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and maximize revenue
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a similar sales role, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the medical devices or imaging software industry
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare market, with a strong network of contacts in the nuclear medicine and molecular imaging space
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; advanced degree in Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, or Medical Physics is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex customer challenges
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools
  • Moderate travel
