Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our new SEO Manager. The main focus in this role will be on smaller Crypto related sites across the US and Nordic countries. 

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the Head of SEO in defining SEO strategy, supporting & guiding editorial & product staff.
• Train & manage editors & writers on SEO best practices.
• Train editors & writers on generating AI content following SEO best practices.
• Set up new websites from start to finish alongside the Head of SEO.
• Train, manage, develop, and potentially recruit additional SEO executives for the team.
• Responsible for growing organic traffic in a variety of different markets.
• Working with the Product Team to ensure new website features & product releases comply with SEO principles.
• Produce competitor and keyword analysis.
• Technical website audits and troubleshooting problem pages.
• Derive actionable insight from SEO reports (analysing key commercial pages, goal conversions in analytics, etc).
• Help to refine & optimise link-building strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in the same or similar role in the Crypto/iGaming industry
• Excellent Off-Page knowledge
• Understanding of Tech SEO
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Accuranker, SEMRush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc)
• High familiarity with WordPress
• Self-motivated and highly organised
• Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language
