We’re looking for an consultant to join our team of customer experience consulting professionals. If you’re a top-notch consultant who relies on customer analytics, including segmentation and personas, as well journey mapping to create tailored and intentional customer experiences to improve business processes for utilities, then we would love to talk to you.

What you’ll do
- Support project leaders with CX work, including strategy development, design thinking, journey mapping, and customer research to identify strengths and opportunities to improve the customer experience for our utility clients’ customers.
- Support project leaders with client meetings and workshops, project planning and project status reporting and other activities as directed by project leaders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, and the client
- Evaluating current state business processes & customer experience, anticipating future state requirements, and identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting workshop sessions, meetings, and presentations through
- Documenting and communicating process design changes
What will make you a good fit
- One-to-three years related experience with at least 1 year of experience in a related position to customer experience.
- Ability to summarize complex material and develop excellent presentations that tell the story and engage our clients.
- Proven ability to take initiative and prioritize work.
- Critical-thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and be a team player with the ability to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites

The budgeted salary for this position is $65,000- $85,000 USD + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
This role will be remote based, but will require traveling to clients' sites as necessary, depending on the client needs. Most of our CX consultants travel between 40 and 80 percent of the time.
