As a U.S. International Tax Operations Leader, you will determine and minimize the company's worldwide tax liability with the highest integrity while complying with worldwide tax laws. You will have expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes. You will communicate solutions across your Function with an impact on other Functions.

As a U.S. International Tax Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Wing-to-wing tax reporting and tax accounting processes including forecasting, tax provision, compliance and settlement for US International tax matters
  • Overseeing outsourced tax returns for US International income tax forms 1118/5471/8858 including all supporting calculations
  • Liability calculations under OECD Pillar 2
  • Supporting the tax planning function as well as ensuring all International tax planning is properly reflected on the US Federal Income tax return forms and in the consolidated tax provision
  • Managing various tax calculations (FDII/BEAT/GILTI/986-988/Subpart F/Fin48);
  • Managing the global co-sourced or outsourced compliance engagement and working with / managing outside service providers
  • Providing strategic support on the international tax aspects of US tax examinations and inquiries by the IRS
  • Supporting tax process documentation and SOX controls;
  • Working with treasury to reconcile intercompany accounts and forecast intercompany cash movements;
  • Working with regional and product company tax and finance teams as needed on various projects;
  • Managing, training and developing one international staff person.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Advanced working knowledge of U.S. international rules for purposes of tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision and other quantitative oriented international tax matters
  • Specific knowledge of US international tax rules including but not limited to GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, FDII, BEAT and Pillar 2;
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in finance/accounting; advanced tax degree preferred
  • 8-10 + years of experience in US international tax / tax operations with aspects of US federal compliance is preferred
