As eCommerce Manager, you'll lead efforts to enhance the brand's digital presence and operations. Through A/B testing and innovation, you'll optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Your strategic direction will integrate platforms seamlessly, leveraging analytics for informed decision-making and ROI maximization. Working closely with media buyers, you'll create compelling offers and oversee daily operations to boost sales and satisfaction. This is a fully remote contractor role.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company's goals. Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement in the online sales channel.
  • Drive digital presence enhancement across multiple channels including Shopify and Amazon, leveraging strategic initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Create and implement a dynamic marketing calendar in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive A/B CRO tests to optimize website performance, product offerings, and landing pages continuously, enhancing conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement website enhancements and optimizations, focusing on improving user experience and driving sales growth.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor overall performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Innovate and create compelling landing pages and offers, devising new acquisition strategies to elevate Average Order Value.
  • Ensure timely updates to site content and product descriptions, while strategically scheduling new launches and promotions through a well-maintained web calendar.
  • Conduct the website QA to ensure content & merchandise are optimal and the UX is smooth.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are a seasoned professional in the DTC space with a proven track record of success, having managed multi 7 or 8-figure brands.
  • You have extensive knowledge of the entire Shopify ecosystem, including apps, integrations, analytics, and development, enabling you to drive optimal performance and growth.
  • You have experience in effectively managing teams, including designers and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • You possess strong business judgment and decision-making skills, allowing you to make informed choices that drive business growth and success.
  • You have the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest-impact initiatives, leveraging both data and intuition gained from your experience in the field.
  • You are extremely proactive and self-motivated, capable of building and leading a team without the need for constant micromanagement. Your role as an A-player is to elevate our website and online brand presence to new heights, leveraging your expertise and experience.
  • You have an eye for detail and have a rigorous process to ensure quality.
  • Nice to have: Wireframing experience (e.g., Figma), which can further enhance your ability to conceptualize and implement impactful design solutions.
  • Nice to have: You have experience running pages on Click Funnels (mainly for the reason of being obsessive over the purchase funnels and A/B testing to maximize AOV and LTV).
