Account Executive - MM - VAST

What you can expect

you will engage with existing customers to expand their account to the entire Zoom platform. The Mid Market sales team focuses on working with growing organizations with 51-500 employees within a defined set of customer accounts.

With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging  with our existing customers to realize the value of their investments, leveraging new business through upselling
  • Creating, delivering, and managing client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Building pipeline through outbound prospecting, exceeding weekly KPI expectations on customers engagements and new pipeline created
  • Leveraging Zoom’s partner network to engage on deal registrations, and drive revenue growth inside existing customer base
  • Utilizing solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close
  • Building positive, trusted relationships with C-Suite decision makers, keeping informed of industry trends

What we’re looking for

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Have some great sales experience in a Technology company
  • Have experience utilizing a CRM tool, sales applications and People ai
  • Have a basic understanding of KPIs and experience in meeting sales quotas
  • Experience with UCaaS, or platform sales
  • Have some Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
  • Have some experience conducting client demos/presentations
  • Have some knowledge of MEDDPICC selling methodology, as well as joint engagement plans

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$92,300.00

Maximum:

$184,600.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
