Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist with expertise in finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various financial systems. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability within our finance ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  1. Integration Design: Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand integration requirements and design efficient solutions using Workday Integration Cloud.
  2. Development: Build and configure Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud, and other relevant tools.
  3. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
  4. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve integration issues promptly, providing support to end-users as needed.
  5. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for integrations, including design specifications, test plans, and troubleshooting guides.
  6. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance activities, including monitoring, optimization, and updates to existing integrations.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external vendors, to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  8. Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Workday integration processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Workday integration development, with a focus on finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in Workday Integration Cloud, Workday Studio, and related technologies.
  • Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and other integration protocols and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Workday certification(s) preferred.
