Your missions

This is a remote position.

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of the sales team at our company. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by leading and developing the sales team. The VP will work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement sales strategies and ensure that the sales team effectively communicates the value of our company's products and services to potential clients. The VP will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to drive new business and support the company's long-term vision. The VP will also evaluate opportunities for improvement through new processes as they see fit and present these solutions in 1:1s or weekly leadership meetings. The VP will not only oversee the day-to-day activities and provide strategic direction but must also work alongside their team to assist and support the needs of our growing client base. The relationships built and maintained through all professional engagement shall be done so as to further build our brand's reputation.


Performance Objectives:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Recruit and Train Business Development Representatives
  • Lead and develop the sales team to effectively communicate the value of the company's products and services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive new business
  • Anticipate sales needs and report to leadership
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and potential bottlenecks that can impact the efficiency and quality of the sales process
  • Conduct oneself professionally in and out of the office
  • Utilize technology to support the growth of the sales efforts
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings
  • Assist with other duties as assigned or requested


Requirements


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Strong experience with technology such as Zoom, Office365, and HRIS systems

  • Proven customer support experience

  • Microsoft Office proficient

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time and to move intermittently throughout the workday
  • Strong sensory skills, such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
  • Good speaking and listening skills
  • Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with others, both in person and through phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Ability to travel to client facilities as needed
