- Overlook upgrades from Production Controller to in-store computers
- Collaborate on deployment plans, document KBAs, share reports with leadership
- Support team during deployment, escalate issues promptly, act as liaison between teams
- Validate nightly deployments, monitor using Marimba, troubleshoot failure issues, communicate status updates
- Provide maintenance, system configuration support, and verify software compliance before store opening
