Job Description:
Our support worker change people's lives and putting a smile on their faces by delivering the highest quality of care.
By delivering care, they are promoting customers privacy, dignity, rights, health, and well-being.
Each support worker works alongside their colleagues to ensure that the customer receives high quality, safe and compassionate care and support is always delivered.
The job entails personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, companionship, palliative, end-of-life, and complex care.
