Strategic Advisor Role at Galileo Protocol: Tailored for Pascal Staud and Michael Hofler
Overview:

Galileo Protocol is seeking esteemed professionals Pascal Staud and Michael Hofler to join our team as Strategic Advisors. With your renowned expertise and leadership in the technology and blockchain sectors, you are invited to leverage your unique skills and networks to drive our market presence, expand our customer base, and enhance investor confidence.

Compensation:
  • Fixed Base Salary: $10,000 monthly for 40-50 hours of work, divided equally between LEOX and USDT, totaling $30,000 over a 3-month mission period.
  • Performance Bonus: Achieving set objectives triggers a bonus in LEOX and USDT, with up to 4,500 LEOX + 4,500 USDT for full achievement.
  • Commission: Earn 15%-25% on each deal closed, with rates pre-agreed before client presentations.
  • Expenses: Full reimbursement for travel and related expenses upon prior approval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Advisory: Act as the primary consultant for potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.
  • Business Development: Leverage networks to forge new partnerships and business opportunities, enhancing the company's visibility.
  • Client Onboarding: Design and execute an efficient onboarding process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Penetration: Implement strategies for entering new markets and enhancing presence in existing ones.

Deliverables:
  • Market Insights Report: Provide an in-depth analysis of current market trends and opportunities.
  • Partnership Strategy: Document key partnerships and networking activities, offering insights for future collaborations.
  • Sales & Marketing Plan: Outline effective sales techniques and marketing initiatives, including performance metrics.
  • Client Onboarding Framework: Develop a comprehensive guide for integrating new clients, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Compile data on campaign results, customer feedback, and sales performance to assess the mission's impact.
  • Strategic Growth Recommendations: Offer actionable recommendations for product innovation and market expansion based on mission insights.
  • Mission Summary: Present a detailed summary of the mission's achievements and lessons learned, outlining steps for continued growth.

Professional Experience:

  • A proven record in sales, business development, or strategic advisory, especially within tech or blockchain.
  • Demonstrated capability in forming and executing sales strategies and client integration plans.
  • Market analysis expertise, with a knack for spotting trends and utilizing insights for growth.
  • A history of forging successful partnerships and broadening networks.

Educational Background:

  • Ability to receive payments as both an individual and a business, with appropriate bank or digital wallet arrangements for transactions in LEOX and USDT.
