Your missions

This is a remote position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with customers to analyse requirements and provide solution options.
  • Lead technical design sessions with customers and project teams and creation of technical design specifications.
  • Responsible for developing solutions in Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript and other technologies.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates.
  • Coordinate with onsite/offshore to manage regular deliveries for a module.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support.
  • Deploy codes leveraging CI/CD platform
  • Lead peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across platform.



Requirements
Required Skill/Experience:
  • 9+ years development experience with Salesforce.com
  • Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning
  • Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming
  • Should have in-depth experience of Salesforce Lightning components.
  • Must be familiar with likes of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • Should have handled at least 4-5 members team.
  • Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
  • Good oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working.
  • Have the ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines.
