About This Role:
We are seeking an expert in open platform solutions for the SaaS industry. The role
involves providing comprehensive solutions to developers, including the establishment
of developer empowerment systems and partner product content systems. As a product
strategy expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand
developer needs and develop innovative solutions to enhance developer experience and
increase the platform's attractiveness.
What youʼll be doing:
Research and analyze trends in the SaaS industry, understand market demands and
competitors' strategies, and provide innovative open platform solutions for developers.
Establish developer empowerment systems, including developer training,
documentation support, technical support, etc., to enhance developers' technical
capabilities and product development efficiency.
Build partner product content systems, collaborate with partners to provide rich product
content and features, and increase the platform's value and attractiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team, participate in developer meetings, understand
developer needs, and provide professional product advice and solutions.
Collaborate closely with the development team, understand product functionalities and
technologies, ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness of the product solutions.
Track and evaluate the implementation effectiveness of solutions, provide data analysis
and reports, and offer optimization suggestions and improvement measures for
developers
Requirements
Who we are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry or related field, familiar with the
development trends and product strategies in the SaaS industry.
Excellent market analysis and strategic planning skills, with the ability to accurately
identify developer needs and provide practical solutions.
Practical experience in establishing developer empowerment systems and partner
product content systems, understanding the characteristics and usage of relevant tools
and platforms.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate with multiple
teams, including sales, development, and customer service teams.
Strong data analysis and report writing skills, able to provide optimization suggestions
and improvement plans based on data.
Team player mindset, able to effectively coordinate and drive project progress within
cross-functional teams.
