Your missions

What Will You Do?

We are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to join our tech department and collaborate closely with our product team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the software lifecycle, ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Shift-left approach - Implement and promote the Shift-Left approach, working closely with development teams to integrate quality assurance early in the software development lifecycle.
  • Quality assurance -Collaborate with development teams to guide and mentor on best practices in quality assurance.Foster a culture of Quality Assistance, where quality is a shared responsibility among all team members.Implementing QA processes within our Scrum teams.
  • Release management - Comprehensive test planning for releases, encompassing manual, automation, and non-functional testing.Conducting thorough manual testing pre and post-release, with detailed bug reporting.
  • Defect management - Proactive identification and escalation of high-priority issues. Efficient bug management and resolution.
  • Workflows - Continuously optimizing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and enhancing processes.Establishing clear and measurable pipelines.Designing and executing test plans for new software features, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaboration - Collaborating with developers and product managers to drive innovation and excellence.Providing swift support to customer support, engineering, and product teams to address live issues. Defining functional tests and assisting development teams in crafting effective test suites.
  • Documentation - Create comprehensive documentation for quality tools, frameworks, and best practices. Ensure team members have access to resources to support their quality efforts.


What Are We Looking For?

We value motivation, expertise, and a passion for excellence. Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in software quality assurance.
  • Must be italian Mother tongue
  • Proficiency in creating reports to track the enhancement of release quality over time.
  • Experience within a SaaS product-focused company.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern web application technologies, with expertise in various test types.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with PMs, designers, and developers, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
