THE ROLE

As a Programmatic Demand Sales at Zeta Global, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expand our client base. You are a data-centric, results oriented individual with deep knowledge of the programmatic marketing companies and technologies. In this position you will be lead and influence the sales function on a fast-paced and entrepreneurial minded team.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong grasp of digital media and ad technology, enthusiastic about using their expertise to develop a client base and generate additional revenue. 


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and DSP’s
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and grow the demand side of the business
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to analyze market trends to inform sales tactics and strategies
  • Advocate for the use of the SSP across the industry
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Provide feedback internally to all stakeholders on client needs to drive continued improvement
  • Work closely with ad operations, technical operations, and analysts to ensure smooth onboarding of partners that scale quickly
  • Stay updated on industry standards and changes in digital advertising regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of programmatic ad sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in building and developing sustainable revenue with DSP’s
  • High degree of self-motivation and work well within an individual and team environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas in to easily understood items

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 - $180,000.00, depending on location and experience.
