This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Should be strong in Delivery management, both at project management and portfolio management level. Need to be conversant with Program management practices following Agile methodology.
Should have a strong background in Insurance. Should have experience in handling different types of Insurance projects (Implementation, enhancement, and maintenance) for P&C and/or Life Insurers. Should be able to build a new team on specific Insurance technology and deliver projects
Strong people management skills will be a must. Should be comfortable in handling project financial and operational data
Should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, also need to be a team player and have problem-solving aptitude.
