Mission

The mission of the Outbound Sales Development Director is to research, identify, connect and qualify outbound prospects while building a culture of high activity and success while providing quality leads to the sales teams. 

You will be supporting two sales teams (strategic and enterprise) to grow the pipeline in both value and absolute accounts. There is no expectation of a detailed understanding of Smartcat products, but we do expect you to have a strong interest in both the SaaS software and the localization industry would be a plus.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales organization
  • 3+ years of management experience leading a business development team
  • Successful track record in hiring and developing SDRs/BDRs. 
  • Track record of overachievement of the set goals by fostering a culture of competitiveness that embraces diversity and promotes success for all team members.
  • A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics
