Your missions

This is a remote position.

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate compelling motion graphics using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, marketing) to understand project goals and translate them into visually effective motion graphics.
  • Develop storyboards and animatics to communicate design intent and ensure a smooth animation process.
  • Utilize typography, sound design, and visual effects to enhance the overall impact and engagement of your creations.
  • Stay up-to-date on motion design trends and techniques.
  • Adapt and optimize motion graphics for various screen sizes and digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity through your motion graphics work.
  • May assist with creating style guides and motion graphics templates for future projects.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles, storytelling abilities, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion design aesthetics.
  • Strong eye for design, color, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for motion graphics and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
