Sales and Account Representative

About Us

We are an industry leading, full service clinical reference laboratory, delivering quality service and efficient results across a full spectrum of testing modalities. We are looking to add a Sales Director to our team.

Your Role

The Sales Director will contribute to the growth and management of our client accounts. The Sales Director will generate new client leads, be a part of business development, and provide customer service to clients. You will play a key role in meeting our success goals and helping our clients, with the support of a talented team.

Sales Director Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and account management

Excellent computer and technology literacy

Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience in behavioral healthcare and RCM knowledge

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required

Sales Director Responsibilities

Source and connect with potential new clients that can benefit from our services

Consultation and sales proposal meetings

Liaison with client accounts focusing on client goals and satisfaction

Create presentations, proposals, and contracts

Represent and promote lab within professional network

Maintain accurate client records and project management data

Other duties as assigned in relation to business development

Pay: $100-125K

Schedule: FT
