Head of Analytics

Position Overview:

The Head of Analytics will lead the analytical department, focusing on identifying and managing investment opportunities from initial project discovery to exit strategy. This role involves comprehensive project analysis, data-driven decision-making, and maintaining close relationships with portfolio companies. Additionally, the Head of Analytics will be responsible for building and leading an analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Identification and Analysis:

• Leading the discovery and evaluation of potential investment projects.
• Conducting thorough market and data analysis to identify promising opportunities.
• Creating detailed investment memos and reports for projects of interest.
• Planning exit strategies and establishing contacts with potential partners for project sales.

2. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:

• Collaborating with the legal and financial departments to conduct due diligence.
• Assessing the viability and potential returns of investment projects.
• Evaluating risks and advising on mitigation strategies.

3. Management and Support of Portfolio Companies:

• Monitoring the performance and progress of invested projects.
• Ensuring regular and accurate reporting from portfolio companies.
• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing project outcomes.
• Supporting portfolio companies with strategic advice and performance analysis.

4. Leadership Responsibilities:

• Building and leading an analytics team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Setting goals and managing the performance of the analytics team.
• Ensuring the analytics team supports the fund's strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in analytics within the investment or gambling sectors.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ua/ru speaker.
