HUB Field Development Manager (m/f/d) - Baltics, UK - Full-time, remote

The position holder is the agronomical & technical interface between Services within the EU Portfolio Solution Department and externally with Costumer Marketing and HUBs (countries). As HUB Field Development Manager she/he is the agronomical expert in her/his HUB providing an overall trials management & reliable data package for concepts and projects (mostly evaluation & pre-marketing). The successful candidate is also responsible for the internal technical communication related to the HUB and with local stakeholders (Technical Institutes, ...)

We are looking for an experienced professional for our European North HUB in the position of

HUB Field Development Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Baltics or UK; Full-time, Remote

What is possible?

• To be a technical expert to answer questions internally from European Portfolio Solution (projects manager and regulatory team), crop teams, countries in the Hub and externally for the field trial contractors.
• To implement all requested trials to clearly identify strengths and weaknesses of concepts & projects.
• To manage of the entire field trials program: protocol design, trials follow‐up, reports check and technical summary.
• To participate on interest/strategy
• To communicate with the local technical managers in accordance with the Regional Marketing
• As being a stand-alone position there is no staff management.

What do you bring?

• Secondary agronomical education (entomology or plant pathology) - an engineering degree is beneficial but not mandatory
• The minimum of 5 years’ experience in Field Development or Crop Protection Technical position focused on insecticide
• Interpretation of data from field trial reports
• Ability to make technical features reachable & understood.
• Flexibility to travel all over Europe when needed
• Knowing the market and crop protection products and ideally connection to technical advisors
• Having intercultural behaviors and being part of multi-disciplinary Teams
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
