Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking graduates from the class of 2023 or 2024 with a Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree to join our dynamic team. As our business continues to expand, we need the next generation of leaders to help us connect global talents with the right opportunities.

Educational Background:

• Graduates with experience or interest in business and people relations and what we are looking for, however relevant degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
• High academic performance and/or strong recommendations from professors are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• High adaptability and a willingness to embrace new challenges and learning opportunities.

The Application Journey

We'll be assessing applications immediately and progressing candidates who meet the program eligibility criteria. All applications will be reviewed.

1. Pre-screening: You will be asked to create a VideoAsk to introduce yourself and for us to get to know you better.

2. Written Assessment: You will be asked to accomplish a written assessment to evaluate your problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and written communication ability.

3. First Interview: You will be invited for a virtual interview to assess your accountability, resiliency, and communication skills.

4. Simulation: You will be invited to a simulation/role-play assessment to evaluate your interpersonal skills, active listening, and curiosity.

5. Panel Interview: Finally, you will be invited to a panel interview to assess your resourcefulness, confidence, teamwork, and cultural fit.
