The Care Transformation team seeks to transform how the care team works, so that they can do their best work efficiently, focusing on the complex healthcare situations where empathy and connection is paramount. We build innovative internal products within our care team tooling, improve and optimize care team experiences, build and maintain member communication tools, and build self-serve experiences in the member app to remove the mechanical and rote work from the care team’s load.

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain internal products for our care team that have a direct impact on our ability to scale our care team’s capabilities to a growing member base. You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to produce great experiences that the care team loves.

  • Your Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, high quality user experiences
  • Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience with frontend web development or Salesforce development
  • Experience maintaining and prioritizing
  • Experience creating and maintaining APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.)
  • Experience in our current technologies is a bonus: Javascript, React, Salesforce, GraphQL, Docker, AWS

  • The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
    Zone A: [132,400-196,950] + equity + benefits  
    Zone B: [110,300 - 164,150] + equity + benefits  

    This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones. Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
