Your missions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) resource with at least 10 years of experience. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new dashboards and customizing standard ones within Fusion HCM to meet our organization's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Fusion HCM.
  • Develop and customize OTBI dashboards and analyses to provide actionable insights into Recruitment, Core HR, Payroll, Talent management, Absence Management, Learning, and Time and Attendance.
  • Design and implement new dashboards within Fusion HCM to visualize key HR metrics and KPIs, providing stakeholders with real-time access to relevant workforce analytics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Digital, and business leadership, to ensure alignment of Fusion HCM solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Fusion HCM and OTBI, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance and usability.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on utilizing OTBI reports effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a solid understanding of OTBI modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and data structures, with prior experience in designing and implementing HR analytics solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM or OTBI will be considered a plus.
