Responsibilities
Job Summary:
With your strategic mindset, you will lead the Digital Growth team to craft campaigns, optimize performance, manage digital advertising, email engagement, media partners, website experience and drive our business forward. You enjoy solving complex problems and working cross-functionally when needed to discover insights, optimize processes, and deliver ROI. You think about where the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow are in a digital ecosystem and are the forefront of understanding new tools, technology and platforms to engage customers
This role requires a thought leader with proven results at developing people, processes, and technologies to deliver best-in-class digital media experiences. Ability to manage a diverse team in a global setting across multiple product lines and services in women’s health in both direct to consumer, patient and healthcare applications.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and data-driven growth marketing strategy that increases customer acquisition and retention.
- Own the development, execution, performance, growth, and efficiency of the acquisition programs.
- Oversee growth marketing campaigns across various platforms (such as social media, search engines, email, partnerships, etc.)
- Build annual acquisition budgets to achieve revenue growth targets
- Attribution based thinking on media budgets in B2B and DTC environments
- Conversion rate optimization strategies
- Website & landing pages optimization
- Monitor and report on key metrics
- Manage the lead qualification, generation, prioritization, and nurture process
- Test-and-learn new channels to expand our market
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of digital experience with at least 5+ years in a growth focused role
- Demonstrated past accomplishments in crafting digital campaigns that yield measurable results and cross-channel campaigns that substantially increased revenue growth
- Experience driving sustainable growth strategies through testing & measuring
- Ability to successfully manage and operate in a global team environment
- Bachelor’s degree with and MBA (desired)
- Proven leadership and team management in a global environment

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $180,000 - $210,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
