Salary: Php 30,000.00 – Php 45,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A COLD CALLER

Responsibilities as a Cold Caller:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Research and identify potential clients through various sources, including online databases, company records, and industry events.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about available properties and real estate services.
• Maintain a follow-up schedule to keep in touch with potential clients and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Send follow-up emails and messages to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings, meetings, and consultations with the real estate team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the real estate sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns and materials.
• Provide regular updates and reports on cold-calling activities, lead generation progress, and sales outcomes to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications as a Cold Caller:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
• Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market and terminology.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
