The Business Operations Coordinator is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations of our business and clients run smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for our team is possesses a strong orientation towards process management and optimization. What you’ll do… 

  • You’ll own well-documented, existing business-critical functions. These tools help us send error-free invoices and generate impactful reports for our consulting team. 
  • Support the Operations team's development of new tools for the consulting team to enhance efficiency and deliver high quality work to our amazing clients
  • Identify obstacles hindering Avicado from delivering world-class service to clients and support initiatives to overcome them, contributing to the enhancement of service delivery processes 

You should have 

  • 1+ years' experience in Professional Services (Consulting, Legal Services, Accounting & Auditing, Architecture & Engineering, Marketing & Advertising, Information Technology (IT) Services, Financial Services, etc.) 
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data transformation, and data quality maintenance in Excel 
  • Experience writing, implementing, and refining standard operating procedures (SOP) to streamline processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency 
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to internal clients. 
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a track record of taking initiative
