About the role:
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Head of Creative and will be responsible for project timeline management and operational administration to support the Creative Strategy Team. They will also be responsible for helping to roll out processes, flagging issues, and helping to onboard new employees. This person should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new strategists and campaigns.
Update and maintain shared team reference documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of experience working in the digital space
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Excel for database maintenance and reporting purposes
Flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced environment
Strong project management skills preferred but not required
