Position Overview

The RGA HR team is seeking a dynamic and multidisciplinary continuous improvement expert who is passionate about Workday, people and business process engineering. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate as a hands-on configuration and subject matter expert for Workday HCM to optimize global HR’s effectiveness and delivery of a best-in-class employee experience. You will lead efforts to execute our strategy for continuous improvement, including the deployment of Workday capabilities across the HR function. The Workday Technical Lead/Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HCM and other HR modules for continuous improvement solutions and use of other cutting-edge tools to optimize processes across the employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

As an RGA Workday Solutions Resource, you will have the opportunity to help RGA optimize and expand Workday as a critical tool within the organization. You will focus on understanding the client’s business and needs to develop tailored solutions to lead them through the entire lifecycle of Workday.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years broad Workday HCM, Workday Benefits, Workday Recruiting, Workday Talents/Performance, Workday Core Compensation, and Workday Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with Workday Reporting and Notification Designer.
  • Learning Management Systems experience a plus

Skills And Abilities

Required:

  • Innovative thinker with always looking to leverage Workday’s capabilities and the “Art of the Possible”
  • Must be hands-on Workday Configuration and SME
  • Workday certification(s) a plus
  • Experience leading employees and/or contractors.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Day-to-day support as well as annual processes (Year-end, Open Enrollment, etc.)
  • Experience working with HR processes and stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle; global exposure is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to share and impart knowledge
  • Experience in Agile and/or project management methodologies is desired
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or BOT technology a plus

The general pay range for this position is $100K - $150K per year. Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
