YOUR MISSION…

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the relationship with one of our strategic, utility-scale clients.


YOU WILL…

  • Interact with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially
  • Collect and share competitive information from the field to assist in marketing strategies.
  • Provide account forecasts while keeping the company’s CRM and other company information tools up to date
  • Develop together with the strategic account leadership team strategies to maintain LONGi’s product and brand as one of the key product and solution provider for our client
  • Schedule, manage, participate, and run special customer events, customer requests, and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between us and our client. This may include trips to audit plants together with the client
  • Leverage our products and company’s unique capabilities and strengths
  • Initiate creative solutions to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships

YOU NEED…

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in management, business administration or engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English and German
